About Unbecoming

Unbecoming is not about self-improvement.

It’s not about becoming bigger, stronger, louder, more successful, fitter or prettier. It doesn’t provide you with a quick fix for success or tell you how to attract your soulmate in 21 days.

It doesn’t tell you who you are or how you should be.

Instead, it provides you with a transformative process of unlearning the ingrained beliefs that limit your true potential. This unique approach allows you to delve deep into your subconscious to uncover and redefine your core values and confidently reveal your authentic self.

Unbecoming is not just a guide to personal transformation: it’s an invitation to start living a life that’s truly your own.

The Philosophy Behind Unbecoming

Unbecoming challenges the conventional narrative of self-improvement by encouraging a personal journey of unlearning and self-discovery. Unlike traditional self-help books that prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach to achieving happiness and success, Unbecoming invites you to dismantle the layers of external expectations and beliefs that have obscured your true self.

This book is grounded in the understanding that personal fulfillment and joy come from knowing and being comfortable with our authentic selves and having the courage to follow our own inner voice, not from the accolades or achievements defined by society.
